By using GiftSnap you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary and not legal advice.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the content you add.

Acceptable use

Don't use GiftSnap to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access data that isn't yours. Share links are meant for family and friends.

Gifters

A Gifter is someone who opens a Share link and claims a gift or makes a Pledge. To do so they give a name and an email, and we store these with their Claims, their Pledges and whether they have confirmed their email (their confirmation status). The Family that owns the list can see this information, and we use it only to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for details. Gifters must give their own name and an email address they control.

Beta

GiftSnap is in beta. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be interrupted or reset.

No payments

No money moves through GiftSnap. Claiming a gift or making a Pledge only records your intention; you buy gifts from retailers yourself, and GiftSnap isn't the seller or responsible for retailer transactions.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, GiftSnap isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages.
